Growth guarantee entitles a client to claim back 1 month payment if no ‘growth’ is seen across their social media platforms after a six-month period. Growth is defined as any measurable net increase in followers, or impressions per post. This guarantee is void if the client does not allow the contractor to perform their duties under this guarantee to the fullest extent; including: refusing to post any content created as part of this service, not following best practice documents or specific instructions (eg don’t use bots) from the contractor, missing shoot dates therefore not allowing enough content to be produced, taking the 3-month break clause, or acting in any way publicly that could be detrimental to your social media presence. This guarantee applies to the clients’ first period of service only.
